AMVCA 2016:Bukky Ajayi wins Merit Award as Kemi Lala goes home with an SUV
It was all tears for veteran actress, Buky Ajayi as she was announced a joint winner with Cock Crow at Dawn actor, Sadiq Daba of this year’s AMVCA Industry merit award at the 2016 AfricaMagic Viewers Choice Awards in Lagos on Saturday.
The actress who was taking to the stage on a wheel chair received a standing ovation from the audience.
She thanked all her fans those who made it possible and pleaded forgiveness from anyone she might have wronged as she has forgiving who ever that mifgt have offended her
The award was in recognition of their contributions towards the development of the nation’s movie industry.
The high point of the occassion was the presentation of a brand new SUV to Kemi Lala Akindoju for winning the TrailBazzer of the year with the movie “Dazzling Mirage” movie by Tunde Kelani.
