Beat Egypt, take over as Eagles Coach-NFF tells Siasia

Besides working hard to ensure the Eagles qualification for Gabon 2017, the Super Eagles interim coach, Samson Siasia will have to prove he has a leg big enough to fit into the big shoe of the Eagles.

The Nigeria Football Federation has given him a something to add more appetite to his quest for victory as he has been asked to qualify the country for the tournament and become the Super Eagle substantive coach. a position he has held before he was downgraded to the U-23 team.
The NFF, chairman Technical and Development Committee, Barrister Chris Green confirmed the report. "Yes, it is true. We have no choice than to elevate him to the position of chief coach of the Eagles
"We need total concentration and support to the coaching crew and the players to make this Operation successful", Green noted.
Siasia is expected to submit his listof invited players on Thursday to the Technical Committee.
Egypt leads the group with six points while Nigeria is second with four point.
