Olise stays away from NFF meeting, Travels to England

The scheduled meeting between the Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh and the Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Friday will without the coach in attendance.

The NFF had ordered Oliseh to Abuja on the same day to defend his call-ups for next month’s  AFCON 2017 qualifiers against Egypt and his CHAN 2016 report among other issues.

However, Olise said he had other engagement for same day and will not be available.

He said he will be travelling to England to meet some of the palyers he penciled down for the double header between The Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Pharaohs of Egypt on 25 and 29 of March 2016.

The NFF had initially not approved his planned tours as they argued he could monitor the players from Nigeria.

Among those to parley with are in form Watford striker , Odion Ighalo Odion, John Mikel Obi of Chelsea, Victor Moses of West Ham United
