Felix Ibru, former Delta State Governor is dead

Olorogun Felix Ibru, the first executive governor of Delta state is dead.
He was said to have passed on at 80 after a protracted illness in Lagos.
The former governor and one time senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria was was a former President General of the the social cultural group, Urhobo Progressive Union, (UPU)
